The check-in was a strange experience for me, as there is no front desk. Its not possible to enter the apartment The Sweet Castle Apartment by simply dropping in. The guest needs to call the number provided in the reservation confirmation information to get the door and room access code. But without an outgoing facility its impossible to get it. The number provided belongs to caretaker Mr. Kevin, he is a gentleman and very professional. He can be contacted by WhatsApp also. The access key provided through WhatsApp was difficult to understand, as he had mentioned building exit code instead of entry code and he has mentioned + in the code which was not necessary and confusing. Well that may be localised way of doing things. I was able to get in when one gentleman keyed in the code and was able to figure out what the code was. I requested for 30 minutes time beyond the check out time and was not permitted, even though i stayed for a week.
