Dear Bolton Hotel Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our recent stay. From check-in to check-out, your team went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making our experience truly memorable. I especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and understanding when my daughter fell ill shortly after our arrival. The early check-in was a huge relief, and your assistance in helping me find medicine for her was incredibly helpful. It made a challenging situation much easier to manage. While we were aware of the construction noise due to ongoing renovations, it was only temporary and didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of the JeJu Bolton Hotel. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing us with a lovely place to relax. Once again, thank you to everyone at Bolton Hotel Jeju for your outstanding hospitality.
