Very friendly staff. Celine in particular helped us book tickets for Sky capsule which we could not do ourselves. She was super helpful. The rooms are also bigger in size than other Avani Central Busans we have stayed in south korea. Its very near the subway station so travelling everywhere is easy. The Emart just next to Avani Central Busan also helps in buying water n other stuff easily. Overall a v good experience

Location is superb, bfast buffet was ok, in amenities they didnt have tea coffee in room only kettle and 2 satchet each if green tea and black coffee.
