Room service issue

We really like stay in a Cresta Grande Cape Town but room service is not good at all. If you ask anything need to deliver in a room like water bottle or plane plates then they asked for the amount. We checked at night and request for water bottle but you guys are charging Rand in mid night and not give a complimentary one bottle. Rest things are good and coffees are really nice. Thanks.

The Cresta Grande Cape Town is located in the center of cape town. The infra is good, the staff is excellent, polite and very helpful. It was a memorable stay. Thanks team
Holiday day Inn at Cape Town

I stayed at Cresta Grande Cape Town for one night but the facilities were not that good as mentioned. The pool was not at all clean. Food was ok.
