Holiday Inn JOHANNESBURG AIRPORT

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with my family. Overall, it was a good experience — the rooms were comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. One of the highlights was the free airport shuttle service for pickup and drop-off, which made our travel much easier. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway.

Hotel was not safe to visit , 2 South African tried rob me by knocking door after 10 , 11 clock in night

Budget friendly hotel, very close to airport. Restaurant was good and quite economical. Rooms were not too big but manageable. Airport transfers were a blessing.

Location and hotel is ok. But the maintenance is bad. We stayed 2 nights at start and end of the trip. At once the rooms were not of the category booked, ac were not working. Second time also the ac were not working and hotel staff did not bother to even apologies or anything.

Location - excellent. It is near airport and shopping malls are at walking distance. Staff courteous, rooms ae good but lot of amenities were missing. But over all its good for stay

Holiday inn said mmt has not made the payment hence they have taken full room charges from the guest.

Timely shuttle to & fro airport. Comfortable rooms to sleep for a night. Very good breakfast buffet with majority healthy options. Very good value for money

They had free airport shuttle services which was great. Facilities, services and location were average.

This was my umpteenth stay at the hotel. As was expected, the check in was fast and smooth, room on a higher floor and pool facing was in great condition, amenities available and a perfect bed to lie down. Breakfast was good too

Overall I liked the stay, service being really good. I would love to stay here again when I am back in the city.

Tough to get food for pure vegetarians. Hotel very close to the runway and need to adjust for high landing sounds of planes on every 2 mins.

I had booked for room with breakfast and dinner, first day of my stay when I went for dinner at Around 8 pm we ordered food and sat for food to come it took 15 min for them to give me water then at 8:30 pm I asked them for order update they said it is getting ready and at 9 pm I asked them for food update again they brought us a Greek salad and some random soup where I didn't order soup then I asked them at 9:15 what happened to my order and the waitress comes to table and ask me what was your order I told her it is high time we cancel our order and at 9:30 pm I cancelled order and me and my friend walked out to nearest Indian restaurant to have some food. Room was good, reception staff was good. I would say this is the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in just because of the restaurant and their staff. Restaurant manager at that time was rude and he had no Idea how to treat costumers so as waitress.

Hotel is located near to the airport.
View was very good. All amenities were available.

It was a good stay for a 12 hour transit. Clean rooms and good service.
