I don’t even know where to start. On the website it says they have a parking lot in the hotel complex but they don’t. You need to leave your car 200m away in a parking garage and then walk with you suitcases to the hotel. Some of the staff is unpolite and angry if you ask them something. The room that I got was at least clean but the organisation of the room was terrible, no place to put your suitcase and closet is big as minibar. I had very very bad wifi in the room, barely 1/3 strength. Then the restaurant... oh my God, I ate there 2 times and both times the dish was cold and the meat was overcooked. I think they only heat it up in the microwave. For me is really never again.

Definitely would recommend,
very clean, great view, helpful staff, cosy spacious room, free wifi, nice caffe in front of the hotel, well located in the center of the town, only thing that could be improved is lunch, I suggest more of the local food, instead of regular "hotel" menu

Good location, small room
This is a modernised hotel conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk from the Knez Mihailova mall. The St Marks area is accessible, too, via the Tsar Nicholas II park just down the street.
Our room was certainly “compact”. We understand other rooms are larger, but we appear to have got a small one because the hotel was busy. However, the bathroom was a good size.
The wi fi was good. The airconditioning was fine once we worked out its idiosyncrasies, with the help of the reception desk.
Breakfast was good.
Just a gripe: why so frugal with the toilet paper?

What you pay is what you get
I had to stay overnight in Beograd and needed hotel in last minute. I checked availability and prices in one of the popular booking sites. I went directly on site. On reception they announced higher prices so I had to bargain and show their offer on the internet. Afterwards it appeared that parking is at extra charge. We accepted it, they agreed on the price from the internet. At 12 o’clock place were empty but still the insisted for check in at 14:00. We agreed, by the way next morning breakfast was half empty, so I suspect check in later was only because I bargained. Later when I was invoiced still they charged me extra - actually on the initially offered rate. My bargaining was useless and it was too much of hustle to change the place for 10 EUR extra. Check in took the reception 30 minutes and passport stayed for half a day...
Room was small, noisy and unprofessionally designed. Obviously the architect did his first hotel. Bathroom was almost the size of the room, but although the big sqm, they managed to fit a sink of app. 60cm - ridiculous! Long way to become a classy hotel.
Breakfast is in a basement of the building that looks like a restaurant from 1980. Very limited selection for breakfast, low quality food, nothing tasty-again far away from 4 stars. Elevators in the hotel are with size of 1m/1m. They have a restriction of max. 4 people- I want to see how 4 people will fit there...
Obviously categorisation on this place is based on the number of stars the owner decides to stick on the facade.
If I will visit it again-definitely not. And mainly because they are cheating on small amounts. Otherwise for price in the range of 50 eur, I will not have big expectations and will not be complaining.

Good place for business stay
It was a very pleasant stay, the staff were helpful and genuinely personable.
The room was not as nice as I had expected, but it was not bad. The room looked into a courtyard and therefore had no view.
My only complaint was an odor from the bathroom, but if you closed the bathroom door it went away after a while.
