It was ok experience the service from housekeeping must be more efficient ordered a water and gave after 5 hours

excellent customer service, a comfortable and clean room, a convenient location, and delicious food.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests.special thanks toMr Bilal and their breakfast team .

had a extremely dissapointing experience , I had booked and had to pay again at the hotel as the hotel had not received the payment , what kind of mismangement is this , refund the money asap this is horrible for the customers

Service was terrible , breakfast is very basic like we booked a hostel, the staff were very arrogant and cannot even smile or say a good word. They did not have Haram shuttle with a buggy as the other hotels in the location which is faster, they have only bus shuttle, that doesn’t make it convenient to reach Haram, even walking is faster than using their bus. And the breakfast was very basic like we were in a hostel. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE PRICE

It was a pleasant stay. Hosiptality was at the mark. Breakfast was included in our package and it was good but was limited to very few options. Overall it was a good stay. Highly recommended.

Great staff. Especially the duty manager was very welcoming and helful. Food was great. Shuttle service to the mosque and back was the best among all the services. Hopefully we get to return soon. Helpful*
