Good rooms but below average services

The view from my room waa wonderful. The staff has no courtesy. The breakfast options had almost minimum veg options. The staff refused to even serve cappuccino. Only one day i was lucky to speak to the indian chef who helped me with some veg food. I had requested a shuttle of 2:30 am which they turned down at the end moment. The evening staff with a couple of girls are the most rude and misinforming people. In general samoan people are very humble but the staff here is not trained to be humble
