STN Apartments near Moscow Railway Station

I had booking from 4june to 9june 2019, check in place is different and staying is far near 1.5km, I called make my trip team to give any contact number, so I can cordinate to locate check in address but they fail to provide any number, only address was mention in email, once you check in, they wil ask extra amount and tell you to return back once we leave as security money as it was not mention by make my trip team. Once I check out then they didn’t return and said it will goes to my sbi credit card back in one day but I didn’t received. They don’t provided any house keeping service for 5 days and no toilet paper I have to buy it from market. One day even water didn’t come in tap and no hot water, I called their customer service but fail to send any one for mantainance, it was very horrible experience. Kindly, make my trip refund my deposit amount back to my card as I kept receipt and statement with me.
