Fantastic central location between at Isaacs and Nevsky, as also the metro Large comfortable room extremely helpful staff, very prompt room service and an extremely helpful concierge. The only thing missing was body lotion and the quality of the toilet paper needs to be improved drastically.

Very good location. Good facilities. Neat and clean place. Staff can talk in English and are helpful. Rooms are quite large. Good quality toilets. Regarding restaurants, we only used the Coffee Shop. It met with our needs. The hotel is located at walking distance from many places of tourist interest. The room rates are reasonable.
