Too noisy and very inconvenient

Avoid this noisy, uncomfortable hotel. We unfortunately booked a room here for one night and were immediately disappointed. The location on a busy street meant constant noise, even with the windows closed. The room had no fans, and the air cooler was broken. When we requested assistance, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and suggested simply opening the windows, which offered no privacy as we overlooked neighboring buildings. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
