Very bad experience no facilities at all elevators not working most of the time corridors dark no lights no special requests acceptable

The hotel is clean but very old, rooms are too dark and need renovation. Lampes and accessories are old and falling apart. Service is kept to the minimum. No tea or cafe station and no five star hotels service. The hotel is a kind of 3-4 stars standard. Cleaning lady was doing the minimum job. No help with the luggage. The gym is good and spa is good.
