Location - super close to market square so very convenient. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Food - nice. Room size - small but fits the bill. Safety - feels dingy at start but it’s just that they are saving power - it’s not bad at all.

Had a great experience. Situated in a heart of Krakow. Hotel need to improve their services like neat and clean washroom and more option should add in breakfast.
