The Metropol Hotel Katowice is well located on the border of Katowice and the town of Licht, where there are shops and a large Lidl market. Next to the Metropol Hotel Katowice there is a bus stop. There are very nice people at the reception who will help and advise you to explore the surrounding area. The room can be reached by elevator. The rooms are very modern, clean and pleasant. There is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a fridge with mini bar and a large bathtub in the bathroom. There is also a terrace overlooking Katowice. In each room there is free mineral water. Very comfortable and wide bed. There is also a free safe and WiFi.

BEST WESTERN PREMIER Forum Katowice is a very good spot. Its cozy surrounding, comfortable romm and nice staff makes the Metropol Hotel Katowice excellence place for a private as well as business stay. It has also great location just at the border of the largest park in Katowice - Silesian Park. I highly recommend the Hotel.

The Metropol Hotel Katowice is very good, the room is big, the friendly service at the highest level, nice interior, good restoration, lots of parking places, located in the city center, directions to it is very easy and friendly, I would warmly recommend this Metropol Hotel Katowice and will definitely visit it again.

Hotel is nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty. The only problem was the organization during breakfast hours as we needed to wait for 20 minutes to get to the breakfast room as there was no space. Staff was a bit surprised with the situation and not very helpful. Overall good value for money.

Hotel is a bit far from the city center but the bus stop is just in front of the Metropol Hotel Katowice. We were there for the music festival so plenty of people in the place. Staff was not prepared for the number of guests and sometimes a bit lost I. E. During the breakfast. Room was spacious, clean, breakfast OK.

Hotel was a little far from the main city center, but we enjoyed our stay here as it was clean, served free delicious Christmas cakes, also has a casino besides it. Easily accessible by bus as the bus stop is 50m from the Metropol Hotel Katowice lobby.
