Mini refrigerator in the room is broken

Not good at all had to pay 450 peso just to be early there and Check-In plus the room I selected was for a queen size bed for two people as I was travelling with my wife but they gave me two single bed instead poor facilities in the room there is no hot water plus the mini refrigerator in the room is broken.
