I can’t deny the Henann Lagoon Resort is nice and breakfast is amazing, but paying for facilities like GYM to use is so disappointing, despite nothing was mentioned in my booking and when I informed the Henann Lagoon Resort about it they insisted to let me pay without considering it’s not fault if they didn’t update the third party with this information

We were there for new year's eve. It was a pleasant experience with the gala dinner. The swimming pool was neat and clean and the staff were polite. The Henann Lagoon Resort was walkable from the beach and I think it was a little over priced since it was new year s eve.
