Fanar Hotel and Residences

Our family of four just returned from the most incredible 10-day vacation at Fanar Hotel, and I simply cannot contain my excitement about sharing this experience! From the moment we arrived with our two children, we knew we had discovered something truly special. Outstanding Service That Made All the Difference The level of service at Fanar Hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The entire staff treated us like family, but I must give special recognition to the absolutely wonderful barman Adel and his colleague, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Their warm, genuine approach to customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction with Adel and his team felt personal and heartfelt – they remembered our names, our preferences, and always greeted us with the most welcoming smiles. Perfect Family Paradise Every single moment of our 10-day stay was pure bliss. The weather was absolutely perfect, creating the ideal backdrop for our family vacation. Our children spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful swimming pools, which were impeccably maintained and perfectly suited for both kids and adults. The entire hotel environment felt safe, welcoming, and designed with families in mind. Memories to Last a Lifetime What truly sets Fanar Hotel apart is how they made us feel at home while providing a luxurious escape. The combination of beautiful facilities, perfect weather, and outstanding hospitality created an atmosphere where we could truly relax and enjoy precious family time together. Our kids are already asking when we can return!

Though they are mentioning as five star property, but the facilities and service are not upto the mark. Basically the property is for europe clients. In kharif season the price goes sky rocketed here but other season the wearher is hot. Beack front property , view is good but at that price you can get Hilton and Anantara similar property near to airport which are far better. They have designed this property for europe people where they can earn more money. No indian food was available. Apart from 1 restaurant all orher cousine and restaurant were closed due to low foot fall. My wife had a shoulder pain due to excess swimming, when the pain was extremely high i asked the hotel to provide any sprain or pain relief, surprising they said they dont have anything and told me to travel 20 km to get medicine. Their service is not like fuce star. I travelled from Muscat to that place for 4 days break but it would have been great if i woykd have spent my days at Muscat in properties like W or similar which is same in terms of pricing and they offer far better service.

The property is nicely located slightly away from the city with lot of peace and quiet. The food on offer was good but need to have more vegetarian options. Staff was polite and courteous. Rooms were spacious and well managed. The only thing i missed is the water park which was closed on sun-day and mondays.

Awesome experience as there is an aqua park free entry with rooms, kids enjoyed a lot. Overall recommend 100% value for paid money

The view around hotel is perfect also the hotel from outside. Once you enter hotel you will smell mold smell, even in room the smell was terrible. The room was very dirty, we had to call housekeeper four times and after they came. We got sick from smell amd mold even ac was leaking.

I will rate the cleanliness with 0. The room was very dirty and you will smell mold everywhere. The ac was leaking as well, even bedsheets had smell of mold. We got sick from smell. Also we had to call housekeepers 4 times so they can change pillows and bedsheets because they smell mold.

Overall rating would be 8/10 and really staff were also good and friendly enjoyed the pool and stay

This hotel and staff is the best i see in my travel. Reception i can give number 10 from 10. Room cleaning, breakfast, swimming pool, everything is perfect. I'm happy to choice this hotel.

Resort was good. But the services were not upto the mark - possibly due to holiday season. Services from the reception side it was horrible
