Great hospitality - helpful staff. Well appointed rooms - facing the harbour with lovely views! Great location close to everything you need, from pick up points for tours to souvenir shops. Breakfast had a very good spread too, great way to start the day. The evening meals are greatly appreciated.

This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s located conveniently close to city center, good rooms with a view, good breakfast and nice evening meal and on top of it, it has the best staff. Every single staff member tried their best to help and ensuring a delightful stay for the guests.

The room was small . Ensure you take a river view room. Hotel is mostly on self-service mode including the evening snacks. E. G. I had to make waffles myself for us. Overall it is an average hotel. Reception staff were very helpful. Tromso is a small town, so everything is closeby at walking distance.
