it was good. I was expecting better room decor but the service and the amenities were really good. comfortable stay. only problem I faced was limited food options. though the chef was very helpful and accommodating bot of the buffet options were not good for me as I don't eat beef n pork.

Check-in problem due to payment not received by hotel
businessHotel facilities are fine. However i faced a problem at check-in. The hotel had not received payment Hence i had to pay as a security deposit to the hotel even though i had paid the hotel charges. Wi-Fi calling was not reliable. The hotel too was not very helpful during my stay,

Terrible Stay
businessI have stayed in so many ibis but this is the worst experience. Absolutely disappointed. Staff is dull. There are no basic amenities like even a drinking glass or a bottle of water in the room. The linen looks dirty. Rooms are small i cant even open my suitcases fully. I would never ever recommend this branch of the hotel or come back myself.
