Max-be hotel great esthetics but poor services

Location- 10/10 food- 3/10 ( if you don’t eat breakfast early at 6am, by 8/9am it’s cold and no variety) amenities: 5/10 ( the way they change over during power outages, you can have a switch over more than 6times in 1hour) services: 5/10 ( they need to properly train their staff in hotel management)
