Reception desk staff is courteous and warm, Ibis Wellington location is superb, everything is located nearby, Ibis Wellington ambience perfect, level of cleanliness is good, room size is reasonable, shower cabin is not properly designed and make sure about parking slot reservation at the time of booking if you are arriving in wellington by car.

We are a family with 2 children. The rooms are spacious, clean with modern furniture. The bathroom/toilet is excellent. The reception and staff is very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Excellent location, close to the railway station and very good value for money. Definitely recommended.

Location is very good and it is on the heart of city wellington. Stay was comfortable and good value for money. We didn't have food in the Ibis Wellington as we are seniors and travel to enjoy the feel of the country. Overhaul my trip to new zeal-and was awesome and enjoyed every section of my travel.
