Good hotel although a bit expensive for the star rating. Breakfast not included check in time 3pm and checkout 10am is a bit strange and not so convenient. Customer service is just ok. They are not eager to please. Not very keen to engage or help. I called them on the last day asking if its ok to come down by 10:30am instead of 10am. She said up to 10:15 it's ok after that i will have to pay extra charges! are you kidding me? you are giving only 15 minutes grace period? your check-in is at 3 pm. Enough time prepare the room. And yet you don't have the courtesy to offer an additional 15-20 minutes for the guest? overall the hotel room was cozy but no view at all. I could only see the parking lot from the first floor. No privacy. No black out curtains. So all night we get the lights from the street and the compound into the room. The room is bright as daylight starting at 5:30am! which is really strange because you can't have a dark room even if you want. Cannot sleep in late. That is weird i know it's great to get up early and get out there but the choice should be with the guest. Available rooms with a view not being offered at all unless with you pay extra. So, for a four-star hotel with no breakfast, no view, no curtains. Unfriendly staff. It's not the most enjoyable experience. It was ok because i was on a business trip but i would not stay there with my family i'd rather go somewhere where i feel more welcome and guests are extended the common courtesy paid almost $380 for two nights. . Not worth it
