Excellent Stay

Novotel is always wonderful for their service and complete overall excellent experience of stay. However I suggest that that there should be at least one universal power plug in a room so international travellers like us can have very convenient to use our gazettes.

We stayed for 2 days at the Novotel Maastricht. Hotel is very nicely located with shuttle service from main rail station every hour. Breakfast is exact replica each day not very palatable for Indian population apart from fresh juices breads and omelette but this is typical of all of Europe so nothing outstanding with Novotel as such. Menu offered good range with quick service and very comfortable pool area. Staff was courteous and friendly. Front desk reception was very helpful and friendly.
