All good, the staff, food, amenities are perfect. Cleaning and hospitality are excellent. Front desk staffs are professional in their job and finely delivered.

Not comfortable bed,only one water bottle given, pillow not comfortable, floor mats very dirty,limited option in breakfast menu , ac doesn’t work well , after what we pay the service offered is not up to mark it needs to be resolved these issue …not value for money

The best hotel at Biratnagar. The tag line of the is equivalent to 4 star hotel is a perfect tagline. Rooms are very spacious and that's goes without saying about cleanliness. There is one issue about the hotel is that they don't provide variety of food at the time of breakfast. But they have amazing food choices during lunch and dinner. Their bar is also pretty nice and they serve Sheesha which is good. I truly recommend to stay in this hotel.
