So I had to be insistent as you already confirmed that everything was fine and they finally found your email confirmation. Apart from this stress full incident at the beginning, everything was good overall: cleaned room.

Hotel has best years behind but for this money we get good condition room for good value. Room and bathroom was clean. We was there 2 night, but service room is not reached, but in our situation it was not necessary. Summarizing we spend good money for nice room in good location. Thanks.
