I have booked twins bed room but hotel give me queen bed with single occupancy i have tried mm t people and they also helpless as hotel is having twin beds room also but they told me it’s fault of your mm t people and these mm t people they don’t have answer poor response helpless and i have call them 100 times but no response as they are helpless in this issue
