Rude Staff. Excellent location. Good Vibe

The main problem is staff behavior - they are rude and not helpful unlike other Selina hostels and locations. They didn’t give me a check-in at 2 pm and made me wait until 3 pm and were super alien to me. I double checked with staff and room was available since the last day. The location is pretty close to the main center. They don’t have restaurant or coffee shop. Their swimming pool is okayish while the overall vibe of the property is quite good.
