actually hotel is an apartment and part of the other residence building. even to reach reception you need a security access card. the number given of the hotel is wrong and not uodated. security did not allow us go inside without access card from hotel. after one hour through google we found and had a chat with hotel staff. the front desk was blunt and not ready to come down even to discuss or keep our luggage. she said only after 3pm she can allow. we said it is fine to check in after 3, but requested her to keep the luggage and she denied. all this discussion over whatsapp and we were not allowed to even eneter lift. but flat is good and very nice.
