Hotel Dolce International is located near city centre - it takes 10 minutes to get the main square. It is modern and well designed place. Rooms are big enough, there is a lot of space. Room view is not quite good - you can see local homes which aren't beautiful. Service is OK. The worst thing during stay was breakfast. Skopje is known for it's good bakery and hotel staff served toast bread - it was nightmare. Moreover, there wasn't any hot dish for breakfast. It common - we offer but not except anything good.

Hotel is rather well located (10-12 min walk to the main square). The rooms and other facilities are nice, but the sheets (holes in them) and towels hanging) would need to be replaced, if it is labeled as 4 star hotel. Breakfast could be better - only thing hot was cooked egg.
