Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg

Good hotel with great connectivity to nearby places and food options. Close to train and tram station. Room was a good size for our family of 3, and well maintained. Hotel restaurant has good options too.

Stay was pleasant, staff was very humble and helpful. provided with early check in and quick and smooth check in. Breakfast was good and had wide variety.

Stay was average. We had been charged extra to being provided a room on time. The staff informed us that mini bar would be free with the upgrade, but when we had asked to refill the mini bar in the evening of both days, we were informed that the limit for the day was all that inside and nothing more, so still I don't understand why we had paid an amount extra! International standard hotel restaurant has nothing to match international standard breakfast. Kitchen staff has no knowledge of how to make an omelet and a veg sandwich, pathetic! No pre info was given in MMT about noisy construction work going on Around the hotel which made the stay even worse!

Hotel is located at very nice location very close to tram station. Hotel staff is very nice and polite. Breakfast is awesome.

The hotel has very nice ambience rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is awesome. It is value for money.
