The worst travel experience in my life . the hotel staff have a worst bad service.This is my first time in laos i face this type of bad behavior people .We pay for laundry and they did not even wash it properly and keep the clothes without drying it in a polybag and after we complain about it they did not care , usually the price is 30000kip per kgand we gave 7kg of clothes . Its 210000kip and after we said to the reception girl about this . She said that you just pay some kips so the service is like this such a disgusting people who do not know how to respect.i would suggest no one to visit them and second the ac they did mot allow to open all time , we request them and ready to pay extra also as we only 2 people are in dorm:but they do not want to listen anything .

they have rule of opening ac from.morningg 11 am to 4 pm and in the evening 11pm to morning 6 am . but in the morning two staff girl not allowed to open ac and we asked their boss to ckntact but it is bad service they do not understand anything. i would suggest no. one to visit again
