Problems with the stay

I was asked to change my room thrice. They messed up my booking and did not have the room which i had booked because they were all occupied. Each room had its own issue. Room 1- window facing the reception and also not the category of the room i had booked. Room 2- under maintenance, no intercom and had construction noises coming from the rooms next door. Room 3- the shower head fell off and the bathroom clogged room 4- loud music from the hotel itself and it was above a truck garage which woke me up at 5am as they started to load the trucks and started their engines
