The rooms have AC running and the housekeeping staff do not dry the floor when cleaning. What do you think will happen to the floor? It will stay wet the whole day and give a bad smell in the room! Too many corporate events going on and that clashed with my plans of a beach holiday! One of the room service staff, tried to load someone else mini-bar charges on to my account. Cheeky guy, he came saying the previous guest had left his stuff in the fridge and wanted to take it out! Its lost its old charm when it was the best beach hotel in North Mombasa.
