Very nice hotel with a little bit of soviet style

Hotel is located on the 'other side of Ishm' (not where the Baiterek/airport are). There are lot of craft beer pubs, which is nice and worth visiting. Hotel has cheap and big rooms. It is best if you could ask for higher floor (I asked and got it).
