Room is neat, clean, washroom is maintained absolute well, toiletories provided in abundance, very very cordial and helpful staff. 711 convenience store is exactly opposite to the Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae Annex. Train station is just within 5 walk. Many convenience stores and eateries around in the train station. Mcdonald's and bus stop is right between the Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae Annex and station. For indians who wish to eat indian cuisine, ichigo indian restauratnt is right up there at the station adjacent to the mc donald's.
