The booking from makemytrip was very smooth and hasslefree. The stay was also very good. The Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo manager was very polite. The rooms were very clean. The room was exactly as shown on makemytrip application.

This Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is in Odori park which is a very central location for sightseeing and commutation purposes. The odori subway station is just across the road. Even the streetcar stop is walking distance away. The rooms are decent in size and have all the amenities. The staff is helpful and polite. They gave free skincare routine sachets which were nice. Since I am a vegetarian I didn't try their buffet breakfast so can't comment on the food. With the cost charged, they could have included breakfast in the room price. Overall it was a comfortable stay. I would recommend it for its excellent location
