1. The room was stinking with the smell of footwear, 2. Not enough space for moving and resting. The head room was limited restricting me to sit on the bed 3. No proper guidance and support from the staff about usage and stay guidelines. 4. Drinkable water was not provided 5. Single toilet and bathroom for each floor, I was standing in queue for usage 6. Not enough space for keeping our belongings, bags etc.. 7. I was completely helpless during my stay as the staff didn't speak english. 8. I checked in on the 6th evening and checked out on the 7th evening and stayed at Hotel Sunwhite for the rest of my stay. I request you to please compensate for this as I was unaware of the place, this is my first time in a shared dormitory. It would be great if I could get some help from your side..
