I stayed in Richmond hotel Narita for my first and second visits to Japan. It is by far the best hotel I’ve been to in terms of service and comfort. They store your bags in case you wish to leave them earlier, they help you ship your luggage if needed, and they’re the kindest staff I’ve seen. Kudos!
