Must recommend, very peaceful and clean. More importantly it’s just near to airport and bus pic up and drop services also available

The hotel is actual as in pictures no issues for foreigners highly recommended with people for fearing language barriers

Room poorly lit and linens not so clean. Service was very impersonal. No vegetarian food options for vegitarians Only Japanese Green tea in rooms and restaurant for international travelers. No sugar free ( Artificial Sugar) in room. No lockers in the room

Hotel is very good and clean. They also provide free shuttle bus to go Airport and also Narita station. In break-fast lots of veg options. Would love to visit again. Though I am single the provide double comfortable bed. Room size if also big for me.

Great experience and good for staying here before flight. Also provide excellent free bus shuttle service to and from airport terminal. Excellent room facilities with cheaper price near to narita airport.

Rooms are big enough for a single person, free shuttle service connecting airport and aeon mall at regular intervals. Very good value for money. Good to stay for a one/two days near airport. Great connectivity to Jr station narita, terminal 1, 2 &3, aeon mall

Well I got the room as booked. It was very clean and organized. Although I arrived late due to my flight, I was surprised that the Check-In was quick and didn't make me wait. I should say its value for money for a quick trips or short transit.

Near to NARITA airport. Quality of amneties provided were average. No dinner after 9 pm. Foul smell was coming from the carpet in the corridor. You need to purchase drinking water in this hotel. No USB connection available in the room.

The room is very large in the form of a suite, and there is a spacious space in addition to the bedroom, and the cleanliness is also good, and the shuttle bus to Narita Airport is also very convenient. Breakfast meal is rich, not to fine but still good to the price booked on the site is very cost-effective, it is recommended to have the traffic from the need to stay in this hotel.

-very good location. -valuable pay. -bus service to airport in the morning. -can get water or drink from vending machine in each floor (but no feed service). Disadvantage: - Room is a bit old. - far from convenience store, very difficult to get food outside hotel.

It was almost midnight I reached the hotel and is an excellent location on a expressway. The hotel is beautiful and very good price. I had an excellent Japanese breakfast and is unique on its own. Also there was a beautiful garden and they were kind enough to drop to the airport. Thanks once again hotel Narita gateway.

This hotel is highly recommended for transit passengers and passengers with early morning flights.. We stayed one night there and enjoyed the stay. We were given a room at 7th floor with nice view of the city and frequent take offs of flights. There were adequate toiletries and cleanliness in the room. There is a small convenient store with packed meals, beverages, snacks, gift items, bags etc at a reasonable price. Additionally there is option of breakfast and dinner (though we did not take it). Free shuttle to airport, Narita station and Aeon mall is also very good. Though the shuttle does not run in night after 10 pm. There is option to keep luggage near reception area. On each floor there is vending machine for drinks. Overall its a nice option at moderate price.

The 1st hotel after my arrival at Narita airport, they even booked us a cab via phone while going from the airport, the most hi-fi hotel among the three that I booked via Make My Trip. The rooms were excellent and provided every modern facility.

Very close to the airport, nice place to stay, our flight from India arrived at almost midnight there, but we did not face any problem in reaching the hotel. They have free shuttle buses from Narita airport to the hotel. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, we talked to them via phone from India before going and they responded nicely even with their limited English skill. Please take international travel adapter for charging phones in Japan as your Indian charger will not work there.

Very good hospitality. Neat and cleanly maintained rooms. very good location. Easily accessible by Train and Road. Excellent food with provisional touch on every cuisine. Good hotel for a best business and family trips. Good service team.
