It is the best Kobe Portopia Hotel during my travel. Good clerk service to help me moving my baggage to my room. Good lobby space, you can take a rest to wait for my family. In the morning, you just walk to the door and take the shuttle bus to bus station and walk to JR station for two minutes. After the day, go back to the Kobe Portopia Hotel in the same way. You do not need to walk for a long time and search the transportation way. I will be here again when I come to Kobe.
