2 Nights 3 days stay with family. Hotel has great location close to all key sights in Hiroshima. However, the rooms and service levels leave much to be desired. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip, this was easily the worst. Some issues for future travellers to be aware of: 1. This is primarily a wedding venue and other toursits are treated on second priority. 2. Basics like drinking water bottles and coffee making are not restocked in the room. Guests are expected to collect these from the reception every day... 3. Rooms and furniture are old and in need of maintenance. Beds and mattres are also substandard.

This hotel is located very close to the Peace memorial at a walking distance. The main shopping areas and the tram route is nearby. The facilities in the hotel looks great though we did not use many of them. Being a location far from Tokyo, one can notice some small lack of professionalism which were not intentional and can easily be overlooked. Certainly a place I would recommend.
