first of all the room experience, basically the view from the room is very amazing in all the floors. the room sizes very good. it's very spacious. the toilet and other facilities are too good. the food specifically the breakfast part is really amazing. they have all the options. sandwiches are very good. we tried out coffee items. it tasted actually better. the accessibility part is very good. it's near to the railway station and you can just directly go to the station from second floor of the Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu
