The property is located in a very approachable locality. The staff is very courteous and helpful. However, i have rated it average for the following reasons: 1. Fixed policy of no extension of check out time 2. No intercom facility in the rooms to communicate with the reception. You have to run down to the first floor if you want to convey anything to reception. 3. No restaurant attached to the hotel and no free breakfast included in the fare - the most major point 4. Policy of not cleaning the bathrooms on daily basis
