familyThe welcome was very good. Property is the best part. Staff behaviour is very rude. Extremely money minded. No basic courtesy of 5-star hotels we get in India and other countries. Pool is not heated so if it's a bit pleasant it's not possible to sit in the pool for long. At the end of the stay it just felt like they wanted us to leave. Our cab was a bit late and the staff just put our bags outside the hotel and we waited for half and hour outside the hotel, after staying for 3 days there was still no decency. Indians should avoid this place out of self respect.
