Nice rooms and location

Location of the Villa Laguna is nice. View is very good. If you get bus pass travel to and fro from St. Marks and other places is convenient. In the Villa Laguna suite they have locked kitchen area and charge extra 60 euros for cleaning before opening it. Which was a disappointment.

Beautifully located beautiful property. Helping reception staff... Near water bus stop so it is easily reachable to centre of Venice and very less crowded as we wanted. Glad we opted this Villa Laguna.

Hotel is on the shore of Lake. All the attractions are nearby. Breakfast is very good. But it is too far from train Station.
