Unethical practices
This hotel allows to check-in only after handing over photocopy of passport and credit card. During my trip I stayed at Paris, Venice, Wengen, Zurich and Vienna. Every one checked passport but no one asked for a copy of it. No one asked to even see credit card. Taking a copy of credit card is not only unethical but illegal as per Indian laws. It compromised my security of credit card. I had to block my credit card due to this reason. I have undergone unnecessary tension and stress. It impacted my mental peace during my holidays.

Good one to stay, Good place for butano and morano island .. Good one to visit. It depends on what you like, it in lido island and it's really worth to visit and check a famous hotel near by it was good one
