Safestay Pisa Centrale

This was the worst stay of my entire life. The staff showed no concern for guest comfort, despite the fact that it had already been paid for. When i arrived, they gave me a room where the air conditioning was not working, making it feel like a hot oven. When i complained, they responded with indifference, saying they didn't know what to do. No fans were provided, and they told me i had to deal with it. They suggested opening the window, but when i asked about mosquitoes, they confirmed there would be some. Their solution was to buy an anti-repellent cream from them, trying to exploit the situation for more money. I was awake all night in this unbearable condition, and i paid for this awful experience. Additionally, the bathroom drains were clogged with hair, and this was supposed to be a private room, not a shared one. My impression is that if things go well, you might enjoy this property, but if any issues arise, the staff will be indifferent and try to squeeze every penny out of you.

It was really good experience in a strange City. It was very clean and safe if you are a Solo traveler.

Good stay at a very cheap price near Pisa Centrale. The Pisa tower was also one km far.

Every thing like good for me. This is very nice rooms and staffs also.

Good location with warm and friendly atmosphere. Close to the station with good food options as well. No frills, so no towels etc.
