Hotel was good, I had a comfortable stay in single room standard. I stayed there for 02 nights pertaining to my business conference in Lecce. Facilities like WiFi was excellent. Pool facility was good though weather was not conducive for that. Hotel reception desk and lobby area was good enough to accommodate large gatherings for congress etc. Staff was multi-lingual too so being Indian I did not suffer major problem in language which otherwise is a major problem in Lecce. Cleanliness of the room and rest room was excellent too. Vertical circulation i.e. lifts, stairs were maintained in good condition as well. Room had good view also with good T.V. Mini-Bar and telephone facilities. Complimentary breakfast was excellent too with variety for people from any part of the world. Lastly, Grand Hotel Tiziano e dei Congressi staff was cordial and they even guided me for different avenues pertaining to my business trip to Lecce. Taxi service and bus stop guidance with the map of the city were also available from the reception Desk easily. Luggage upkeep facility was also extended to me on my last day for few hours .
