The room was small and not worth how much I paid for it. They charged me extra for the lake view suite but the room was terrible for a suite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and i can't sing its praises enough! firstly, the location is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of lake co-mo with easy access to all the major attractions. Secondly, the food was absolutely divine. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and throughout my stay, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure i had a memorable experience. I can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel in the future!

If you are visiting lake Como only stay in this hotel. Just opposite to visit Bellagio etc.

Excellent hotel. Location was the best part. Right on the lake front and ticket office for all boats.

Centrally heating does not work.

Location is excellent. They need to change carpet and need more lights outside room and in stairs area. Carpets in the room should be changed. They provide same breakfast every day. Same menu. Thanks.
