Misleading information while booking

While booking it was mentioned that the hotel was in the Station campus but on arrival they said that the station campus was just an office and the rooms are in the other building which was 100 - 200 meters aways from the station. This was just not true and later i found out that there were rooms in the station building too but were not given to us. The whole point of booking this hotel was that it was in the Station building. They made us drag our luggage 100-200 meters to the other building and then up the stairs as there were no elevator. Room was okay.
